  11. Combine honey with sugar, cinnamon stick and orange peel in 4 qt pot on high heat
  12. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved
  13. Once boiling, boil for 10 min stirring occasionally
  14. Remove from heat, discard orange peel and cinnamon stick
  15. Recut pieces
  16. Pour hot syrup evenly over top of Baklava, allowing it to run into cuts and around edges of pan
  17. Allow to sit uncovered until completely cooled
  18. Cover and store at room temperature for atleast 8 hours before serving
  19. Store covered at room temperature for up to 5 faus
